Refund policy

Returns & Refunds.

Autographs- Returns are accepted if you received the wrong item.  They are not accepted if you simply changed your mind.

In the instance that the item was damaged in transit you must file a case with USPS.

If the item is returned because you received the wrong item and the correct item is no longer available you will receive a refund.

 

T-Shirts- Returns are accepted as long as the shirt has not been worn and is still in the original packaging.  Worn clothing may not be returned.

Refunds will be given for all accepted returns.

Exchanges may be approved on an individual basis please reach out to brandon@conventionpresales.com to discuss.
